Monsters on the Prairie
'Monsters on the Prairie' is a historic Graphic Novel, working with the themes of Western and Horror / Thriller. The aim of this project was to push the boundaries and the existence of the combination of Horror Western as a genre, much inspired by any existing media, and the lack thereof. Building up on a personal aspiration, I channelled a dream of my own into something tangible, something for everyone else to enjoy!
'Monsters on the Prairie' follows a spectrum of characters; A Mountain Man, a Native American Orphan, an Industrialist, a Rancher, a Criminal, and many more. The cast finds themselves dealing with an ancient creature released from a buried mountain passage, a plague of supernatural sorts, and survival at any cost in the barren landscapes of 1870 Western America.
